At Safetynet of Florida, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. The following outlines our standard shipping and delivery practices.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Training course registrations are digital and do not require shipping.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We ship orders via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

  • Expedited shipping options (2-day or overnight) are available upon request.

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • For international shipments, please contact us for availability, costs, and import requirements.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund when applicable.

7. Backordered or Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item is on backorder, you will be notified by email with an estimated ship date.

  • You may choose to wait for the backordered item, select an alternative, or request a refund.

8. Training Materials

  • Physical training materials (if applicable) will be shipped to the address provided during registration.

  • Any digital resources will be delivered electronically to your registered email address.

Returns and Refunds

At Safetynet of Florida, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and training experience. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled for products and services.

1. Product Returns

  • Eligibility:
    AEDs, pads, batteries, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

    • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

    • You have obtained a Return Authorization (RA) from our team

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or used medical devices

    • Expired or custom-order products

    • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Restocking Fees:
    Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, processing, and manufacturer return costs.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 5 business days of receipt.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

4. Training Refunds

  • Training course fees are non-refundable once a class is booked.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to transfer your payment to another session.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled class are non-transferable and will be charged in full.

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.

  3. Ship the item using the provided instructions; ensure it’s properly packaged.
