Unless otherwise covered by a separate written agreement, the following documents form the complete and final agreement between Customer and Company (“Contract Documents”):

  • Any applicable invoice or order confirmation

  • These Terms and Conditions

  • Company’s Return Policy and Training Cancellation Policy

These documents supersede all prior discussions, proposals, or agreements related to the Products and Services.

3. Pricing and Quotations

  • All prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

  • Prices on published websites, quotes, or promotional materials do not represent unconditional offers to sell.

  • Customers may reschedule or cancel training by providing at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled class.

  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged the full price based on the number of reserved seats.
